Terri worked with our problems and got us individual plans for each person when we first started with our health two years ago. This year teo insurance companies canceled their coverage and didnt alert us unril November, and the third child needed to change. And ihealth was quick to respond to me in multiple ways, (text, email and calks) and the back-and-forth of trying to get in touch was minimal. On top of that i was able to connect with the original broker id established rapport with two years ago! The personal interaction is so warm. Terri, our broker, took the time to really understand our individual needs. And in each case thoughtfully and thoroughly helped us navigate the system without having to sweat. She even called the GA exchange to help to get dates right. I actually talk this group up outside of online reviews. I tell my kids if there's anybody they know who needs help navigating and getting ACA through a brokerage to call these people. I don't think I can recommend them highly enough. I first spoke with John who told me that he did not know how to process such a change and would get back to me. This type of request took less than a 5 minute phone call when I moved to FL. I waited over two hours and never heard back from John. When I called back to ask him about an update he was short with me, rude and said there is no one available to help me. I asked to be transferred and reached Charlene who provided fantastic service. Less than 10 minutes later my auto policy is transferred and I have the documents I need for the county tag office. Which was to include our homeowners insurance payment. After closing, we received a letter from insurance company stating they never received payment from closing and have canceled our account. Baffled! We had to get a new insurance company and pay out-of-pocket $1200. Since they never sent payment, Anderson Rogers and associates is suppose to refund the money. Mr. Anderson, the (Agency Principal) PROMISED.... he would send our money but, over a year later this company still will not give us our money back. They have been promising to mail it. Two weeks ago he said it was mailed but, when I asked for proof that it was sent, from the check stub or a tracking number, anything for peace of mind. This man hung up in my face. Wow!!! Since then, I call, I email and we get no response. This is not right!! How can you be a respectable company and take peoples money this way and cause issues to our new mortgage and stay in business.
