I was always in direct contact with someone either through email or phone to answer all my scary needs. Once my deposit was paid they continued to purchase the tickets. They informed me that my flight price had gone up and asked if I wanted to continue. I did and also found a cheaper price with their help. I was sent the pdf receipt of purchase with my name and my husband name on the flight. My payments are scheduled and I have access any time to make payments as long as they are made by the due date. I will update when we are fully paid and actually receive our tickets! So far so good and now I'm able to relax a little.
