Dmytro was able to come by quick (the next day) to diagnose and offer to fix the microwave rather than a complete replacement (another repair shop we found on Google suggested to replace - which would be more expensive and perhaps be better in the long run if additional part breaks down the line) and another tech was only available a day after. Plus, I rather not send a microwave into the landfill if I can potentially extend its life. Hope choosing to fix it is worth the gamble. His price is pretty reasonable given we wanted to have it fixed sooner than later. He also promised 90-day warranty on the fix and even sourced more affordable parts (switches) and was able to come back the next day to install it. He even helped us install our microwave lights and filter for us. I would definitely recommend Get it Complete's services for appliance repair.

We ordered a gas dryer from them. ...and we had very specific size restrictions. They had a couple of options and we had to backorder the one we wanted. Having said that, the moment it came in, they arranged to deliver it and have a gas installer come and hook it up. We had been without a dryer for about 6 weeks, and they really ensured they delivered it before Christmas. Great service. PS We also got the dryer at a great price and for a small fee (btw all charge something for this), they took our old one away. Check these guys out -- you won't be disappointed. Sean was amazing he took so much time explaining to us the different brands and even went so far as to bring a washer I was considering to the back of the shop. He hooked it up and let it run a complete cycle so I could see and hear for myself how well it work. Upon delivery of my new washing machine I called Sean to let him know that I did not receive the hot and cold water hose. He explained that they are no longer included but said it was no big deal and he would drop it off for me. To my surprise Sean took time out of his day to go to home depot and purchase the hose free of charge to me and bring it to my house. In this day and age that level of service is unheard of.
