Scheduled an appointment 1 week in advance and informed them of the exact vehicle and tint that I desired. Showed up for my appointment, door and garage are locked. Waited 30 mins until the garage door opened. The female employee immediately informed me that she is out of product I requested. That is the entire reason for making the appointment a week ago. Customer service is terrible. No concern for having wasted my time and effort. Extremely inconsiderate. Apparently they don't need my business any longer. Vader Tinting did a horrible job on my Tesla Wrap. Do not take your car anywhere near this place. Corners are peeled, edges are uneven. They didn't remove the bumper was promised and never informed me. I am embarrassed to be seen in my vehicle and have to remove the entire job. The owner Dan is completely unwilling to fix or warranty any part of this job. The work was terrible to begin with and only took 3 weeks for doors to peel. Please don't make the mistake I made. Edit: Adding due to the disingenuous response from the Owner: They have been unwilling to correct issues from the start. At no point was I happy. I had to take the vehicle since I had a 2 week trip planned immediately after and he said he needed to order more material. The material was never ordered since he didn't plan on correcting the defects. I have been courteous and polite every step of the way. I was notified that they had cut corners and did not remove the bumpers as promised only AFTER the work was completed and I was inspecting the poor edges and corners. Even after being threatened by the owner, I have been willing to work things out. I still am. * * Their response to this review is further indication of the temperament of the crew. When I asked when the next opening was...she put me on hold for few seconds and said lol " we can take care of you now". I told her we wouldn't be there for another 30 min and that wasn't a problem. My son went down and got his 2 windows tinted and was back with in less than 2 hours. This place wasn't the cheapest but it was very reasonable. Honestly, I chose this business based on their name. The force is strong with them. I got my Kia Spectra tinted with Vader, and I'm so glad I went to the darkside. The best part was that they were able to drive out to Chandler and use my garage to do all the tinting right there. Talia was nice and great to talk to . Love the tint quality and color . Only couple things is we had discussed about doing the rears of my coupe in 5% and waiting till that was done to figure out what I wanted for the fronts . But she ended up doing 15% in the fronts . I understand getting into a working mode and I think the 15% is nice but I ultimately wanted to do 5% . Other problems were bubbles in the tint or it has pieces of lint or dirt trapped between the tint and glass. To me the bubbles should be warranties just cause it's not nice to look at sometimes . I just want it to be made right in the end .i am a stay at home dad so money doesn't come easy , needed tint so my daughter doesn't burn up in the back . read more

Two stars because the lady is super nice but unfortunately the work is not so good. Paid $150 and there are bubbles still. Had her come out the first time a month ago and there were bubbles. So I called her out a week ago to redo it. She would only redo one because the other window "didn't have enough bubbles." Not sure what kind of warranty that is but whatever. I sell used cars for a living. I have seen hundreds of tint jobs from very good to absolute crap. I can say with absolute confidence that just based on quality of product and installation alone, Vader does the highest level job. When you add in the fact that they were a pleasure to deal with the whole way through it makes 5 stars totally appropriate. This is a family owned business and they really care about client satisfaction. I was so happy with my ceramic 5% tint on my car that I am having them do a full paint correction and 5 year ceramic coating with them next. The SunTek nano ceramic film they used is very effective at blocking heat. Make sure you pay extra to have the windshield done as it really blocks more heat. Ceramic blocks the same heat no matter the shade of tint. It's so worth it. I will be sending clients their way whenever I get the chance. They have my business for life. Fair prices, great value given the quality and professionalism. There are a ton of mediocre tint operations out there. This is NOT one of them.
