We took our vehicle to have tint installed on our windows. We had taken several cars to them in the past. Not long after having the tint put on the front window, a small section of it came off when some scotch tape was removed. I called and spoke to the owner, Danny, and I asked him if he would be responsible for fixing the problem. He said no. This review is not for the lack of him fixing the windshield (he was quick to blame me). This review is for his rudeness during the telephone call. He laughed at me. He was condescending. Update from November 26, 2021: The tint from 2015 held up perfectly. I never had any issues with any wrinkling or bubbling. It remained in perfect condition for the several years I had the car. I'm now back again to get a different vehicle tinted. If you're on the fence about where to get your windows tinted or what level of tint to go with, you owe it to yourself to stop in and check out their showroom. They have a lot of different options and examples of different levels of darkness that you can view on example boards and actual automobile glass. Once again I was on the fence about what level of darkness to go with and between the examples they have and the tips they provided they made it an easy decision. I have no doubt I'll be very happy with the end result and I'll definitely be back in the future. I live about two miles from them and they offered to give me a ride home if I didn't want to wait in their lobby/ waiting area. I'm sure it's not something they're able to do for every job but it was nice of them to offer. I decided to wait in their lobby/waiting area which was very comfortable. They have a couch and some chairs and also a TV with access to Netflix. The job was done quicker than I expected and looks perfect. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I was on the fence between two different tint choices and after they explained and provided examples of the differences between the two and explained previous customer's experiences I was able to make a decision and I'm happy with the decision I made because without their advice and experience I would've picked a lighter tint that I know I wouldn't have been happy with. I found Aladdins via the Tesla Motors Club forum, where Danny and his team came highly recommended. They took my call on a Sunday and were able to schedule me in that same week. Danny was awesome to work with and took the time to explain the different types of tint films that they use. They are one of the few tint shops in Arizona that are 3M Crystalline certified. His prices were very fair and beat out other competing offers by a mile. I live about an hour away from their shop, but it was well worth the drive and I'll be sure to bring my other cars into his shop. We took our car to get windows tinted. It was very reasonable and we were able to get it done within a week. We were told that it would take 2 hours. But it took 5. We dropped it off so it was fine. But the job was good however there were a few bubbles. They explained that because the weather was cold, then the tinting doesn't always set. They didn't mention that when we dropped it off so that's why I'm rating this with 4 stars. They did make it right when I took it back a week later. read more

Danny's done about 4 other cars for me always great work. Just got me a 2002 Grand Marquis that never had tint. Summers coming and needed tint asap. I hate the heat. My Valentines present this year was a complete detail for my black beauty. It literally rained the day I picked it up... but it looked beautiful. Danny offered for me to return it after the rain. I have been in the auto industry most of my life. I have seen all types of people in the tint business. These guys are absolutely legit. I texted Adam this morning, he got me in at 12:30. I met Danny when I arrived. Super friendly. He explained all of the different tints to me, and I opted for the 3M Crystalline since it is amazing with deflecting the heat. They have a heat lamp that you can actually feel the amount of heat that the different tints deflect. They took the car back immediately and he even gave me a ride to the bank while they installed the film on the car. The lounge is awesome with reclining sofas and Netflix. I expected to be here most of the afternoon. Just over an hour later, Danny came out and the car was done. Unbelievable service! Top notch guys. I will refer anyone and everyone here.
