He asked if I could reschedule for the upcoming week and I informed him I could not because I work every day, to go ahead and cancel, and I would look at my schedule and get back to them because I was driving when he called. All he said was "okay" and hung up the phone. If their customer service is this bad I don't have high hopes for the quality of their work. It's not my problem you work a "half day" on Saturdays. If you can't do a full detail on a Saturday then don't have that option available to book online. Not a hard concept...

He did the work, showed it to me and it looked good, the back windows were limo tinted and the front windows were lighter. From all appearances he completed the works as requested. Fast forward to getting pulled over and TICKETED for my tint. I wanted to fight it of course because I thought I didn't have illegal tint. First step, I took it to get measured at a different tint shop and that guy told me it was actually 17% which is illegal, in AZ the front can only be between 30-36%, he said it was probably just a mistake and he would fix it if he had put it on. I went back to Omar, he denied making a mistake, but also kept saying "I don't remember the conversation" I told him "of course you don't remember you talk to several people everyday but I only talked to you once and I was very clear about not wanting anything illegal because I didn't want to get pulled over" I asked him "are you saying you're incapable of making a mistake?" He said "no, but I always do what my customers tell me". Then I asked him point blank "so you're not gonna help me?" He said "no" without hesitation. If you want ILLEGAL TINT this is definitely the place to go, he'll do it and then give you fraudulent paperwork that says he installed legal tint. However that's not gonna hold up in court, only test readings will so keep that in mind. If you don't want illegal tint go somewhere else or buy a tint meter and meter it before you leave. I had no knowledge of the actual tint percentages until this whole fiasco, but if you go here that's some homework you'll need to do first. You just can't trust this guy. If he responds, I anticipate his response will demonstrate his inability to accept responsibility! ....like he did with all his other bad reviews.

Bill uses high-quality materials, he used Suntek for my 30% tint and made sure it was legal to drive in California (since I'm not too well-versed in car detailing and legal window tint shades at all). For the 7-year/lifetime ceramic coating, Bill used Opticoat Pro Plus over the body of my car, which has an amazingly smooth and glossy finish. He recommended Opticoat Glass Pro ceramic coating for my windshield and windows as well (to prevent high-speed rock damages on the freeway), which I happily agreed to get. I really appreciated all of Bill's thoughtful recommendations, especially knowing the weather up in the Bay Area where I'm originally from. All of these customizations together cost $1998, which is far less than what I had been quoted by certain shops back in the Bay. Also Bill's turn around time for coating and curing the car was less than 2 days for everything, whereas I had been quoted over a week back in the Bay (and with a much longer commute from where I live!) For the quality of service, details, and kind customer service, I'd recommend any friend in Arizona to go on over and visit Bill for detailing and work - 11/10! Thanks so much for making my old gal so spotless and more resilient, even in older age!!

Danny did an excellent job stripping the old tint and tinting the Windows on my IS300. When I arrived I really didn't know what I wanted, he was extremely patient with me and explained all the different types of tints and shades. He was very honest about everything and really took the time to make sure I was confident in my choice! I'm a total airhead and forgot to vacuum my car before bringing it in (I have a German shepherd that loves car rides, so you can imagine what the interior looked like) and when I returned to pick up my car Danny had vacuumed the interior to ensure that there was no dog hair when the tint was applied. He went above and beyond by doing that in my opinion. He also was done with the work extremely quick; I dropped the car off at 8am and it was done by 12:30! I'm very happy with the quality and will definitely be bringing my other cars to him in the future! read more

Danny has the best prices in town! I called him and he got me in the next day in the morning. May not be the case every time but that was great for us! He went over everything with us and checked to make sure that the tint was legal in the state we were moving to. Done in 2 hours.... Super fast and straightforward! Awesome job Danny! They did a great job on my car! It only took about an hour. I have a convertible, and the back window was the hardest part but Danny and his uncle handled it very well. They may be not the closest one or the cheapest one, but they are very honest and the quality of their work is exceptional! I'm glad that I chose them to do the tinting job! I was able to bring my car in at 9:30am and they had it all done and ready by 11am. They gave detailed instructions on what not to do for the next few days after getting the tint which was helpful. The best part was saving money and not having to pay anywhere near what the dealership would have charged me. Marcos also made sure if any part of the tint was messed up or anything, I could bring it back and they would fix it no problem.
