Maher (aka George) came out promptly and advised me to replace the boiler rather than risk repairing it due to its age. He did not charge me for the call out as he said that he could not repair the boiler. He gave me some advice on the boilers that he recommended and explained in detail why he liked them. I opted for a Weissmann German boiler that he recommended and I am very happy with my choice. He was able to get me a good price on the boiler and gave me a clear breakdown of the other costs (parts and labour) which were fair. I found George to be a consummate professional throughout. He was reliable, punctual and polite. He left the house clean and tidy and he explained in detail how the boiler worked and how to operate it.
