Do not put Dermacademy in your gps or you will end up at the wrong place, there are 2 Dermacademies one for facials and students and one for hair color and cuts by students. I went to the wrong one at first. The reception person there was very helpful in guiding me to the right location and even wrote down the other shop's addy and phone number in case I got lost. I finally got to the correct addy and circled The Factory stores looking for the place. I got out of car and walked around looking for a hint besides the little markee w Dermacademy/Aisling Institute. So, determined to find this place I started walking around and finally came across the inner courtyard but still no signage. Here's a hot tip, once you make it to the courtyard go through the double doors next to the Architects sign in bottom center of courtyard where it says exit to parking and up a flight of stairs to the right... . Shoot, its complicated so just call them for directions 336-310-4691, they are friendly and the place is actually called Aisling Institute. The student that was assigned to me was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. She told me she was graduating in a month and was excited to start her new career as a cosmetologist. The institute has many teachers to supervise every step of the student's procedure giving guidance and okaying each phase of the customers process whether it be haircuts, color etc. I felt I was in good hands. The prices for cuts and colors are very reasonable considering how much you would pay in a regular salon. The senior student, Grace, did a great job on my head of hair. I was impressed, no mess or mistakes as near as I could tell, I was a happy camper especially since I was entitled to a FREE haircut as all haircuts are free on Thursdays, yea! So try them out but call ahead for details and where the heck are they found once you get in the parking lot. You'll get a little exercise walking around and save some of your hard earned money!

I was…read moreFSBO, which is another story, but one of too many realtors who contacted me, most from Keller Williams, I finally reluctantly agreed to let this agent bring me a buyer he had in mind. An absolute waste of 2 weeks. Keller Williams is on this new trend that a lot of agencies are onto right now that actually have put these agencies in lawsuites. Bringing so called buyers who make high offers that they never intend on producing so they can win the bid. The "buyers" are like con artists. After a fabricated story and a no show by the agent, the buyer all the sudden says he offered 12,000 too much. This is a trend with them. They do not verify funds. The coaches for the agents are unethical and are training the agents to be unethical. I know a couple of families this has happened to with Keller Williams. Some in the position that they have already signed for another home to move into. So they are stuck with a low offer that initially was the highest offer. The agents know they are doing this. They are doing it on purpose to get the sale. But this is the worst kind of deception in home selling. It is a complete lack of ethics and morals. For me, I didn't have to sell and did not have another home set up to move into. But it did waste my time for 2 weeks, and planning that I started to move forward when the sale went through. Which was never going to happen. It is a scam. Use any agency other than Keller Williams.

After dealing with this Keller Williams location in Kernersville I highly recommend that anyone…read morelooking for a helpful agency to stay away from here. Our experience started with an agent who was not willing to take the time to do the homework required and research our needs fully. We ended up doing all of the searching for properties instead of the agent doing so to match our needs and expectations. When we were actually looking at properties with the agent we were not treated in a friendly or professional manner. If we did not like a property that we were shown (after requesting the agent to schedule an appointment) the agent developed an attitude when we found faults with the property. Biggest issue was that the Agent left us stranded at an appointment location when we confronted them about the attitude and drove off never to be heard from again. Great way to treat someone new to the area with no resources. Did not even hand over to another agent to contact and assist. After this experience we contacted the broker in charge of the location who did meet with us and listen to our experience. The broker in charge assured us this would be investigated and reported to the owners and that we would receive confirmation in writing of our concerns. After many weeks of waiting, leaving multiple voicemails which were not responded to. Then after my spouse left a final voicemail with the broker we finally received a response via text message only. Basically apologized, told us it was discussed, and that was it. No one even bothered to take the time to send us a letter of apology which shows a true lack of care for clients who have unsatisfactory dealing with this agency. Note to owners if you read this review, you need to do an in-depth review of the training received by your agents as well as how the broker in charge and your business itself handles issues such as this. This is why as stated at the beginning we highly recommend that others look for a better agency that is willing to work with clients no matter what their needs.

We had multiple conversations with the owner, Derek May, prior to signing a contract to start working with on October 15, 2023. Not even a week into our contract, we noticed a lot of discrepancies in what was not only discussed in our multiple meetings and emails, but also was noted in the contract. First, even though our contract started on October 15, capstone charged us for the entire month of October, instead of pro rating the month of October. When questioned, Mr. May sent us one of his disrespectful and demeaning emails, telling us that he started working for our community way before then!!! Soon after, we were also told by Capstone that although they were our property management company, they will NOT be assisting nor facilitating in any way, form or shape in our annual meeting. Again, that was never disclosed to us, in any of the meetings, nor stated in the contract. They suggested that if we needed any assistance, we could "hire their parliamentarian for an hourly rate and ask him to assist us". In all the 25 years of working with management companies, we have never had to look for a place for a meeting, nor conduct the annual meeting without the assistance of the management company. That's what they get paid for. It's part of their responsibility. First time ever. Derek May sent out our governing documents for the annual meeting not according to our bylaws, and when we approached and asked for correction, he once again responded with disrespectful and demeaning emails and sounded as though he knew every single bylaw there is. We were happy when his own parliamentarian set the record straight and confirmed that the documentations Mr. May had sent out were in fact incomplete. But of course, he still charged our bank account for hundreds of dollars for his services, only for the board members to have to reprint and mail out another set of correct documents to the homeowners, at an additional cost beyond our budget. We had multiple questions on our financial report, but all of our emails went unanswered, and to this day, we still don't have clarifications on those discrepancies. If we had ANY questions, instead of showing TRANSPARENCY and answering our questions, Derek May told us "Capstone is not the right fit for Mill Pond ", and the case was closed! He finally and officially resigned only after a month and half! And we never got our answers. Apparently, he's not used to board members asking questions about their finances. RED FLAG. In Dec 2023, we had already found a wonderful management company and our contract with the new Mgmt company started on January 1, 2024. As we started getting our bills in January, we realized that NONE of our bills had been paid by Capstone since November. None whatsoever. Our phone bill, our Waste Management bill, our Landscaping bill (which we had to pay $150 late fee, to name a few. (All documents, and past due bills are available for proof) Worst of all, Capstone had received the "shut off notice" by Duke Energy in their office, (documents available as well) but they never even troubled themselves to let us know. As a result, Duke Energy shut the power off in our buildings in Mid-January, resulting in complete blackout in our community! An experience that's never happened in the history of Mill Pond at Brooks Landing, in all the 25 years of this community. The president of the HOA had to call Duke Energy and make the payment on her credit card to get the power back on, as it was the weekend and an emergency. This was all due to all the shortcomings and negligence of Capstone Realty and consultant, and lack of professionalism to take care of what was their responsibility, as they were still paid for, for the month of December, but they did absolutely nothing, except for collecting our dues. By far, hands down, the WORST management company this community has had the displeasure of working with.
