I came in early November for my first appointment, it was just a cleaning and to get a quote for having teeth removed and getting impressions made for dentures. After seeing the quote and having a conversation with my wife, I decided to continue. For starters, the dentist and his 2 assistants I dealt with are fantastic people. They obviously care about their jobs. From talking to them briefly, they seemed new to working for this place in particularly but you couldn't tell if they didn't tell you. My first of 4 appointments ended when I got my impressions done for my temporary dentures. I paid what was asked for me and made my next appointment three weeks away. Visit 2 started with the extraction of the bad teeth and fitting of the dentures. I was in love with this temporary solution, I could smile again. I remember hugging the dentist before I left and telling him thank you many times. I went to the front desk to pay what I owed and this where my experience with this place starts to go sideways. I'm greeted with a woman with very long blond hair and ask many questions. When do I make my next appointment? How long does it take for the final dentures to be made? These are the two question I was mislead on. Six weeks after my last visit is when I get a bill in the mail. It's for a bill that surpasses my quote by $200 dollars. Look, I get quotes are just an estimate but I still have two appointments left, final impressions and then placing and it's already over. I take a drive up there trying to get some answers and I'm not thrilled with how it goes. The woman I had the discussion with on my prior visit is there and all the discussion with those above two question are nothing close to what she answered the first time. She told me they'll call me in less than six months for the permanents and it'll be in less than six months. What she said in this visit was I was to call and make an appointment after my gums heal and new impressions need to be made. I take notes and ask questions like a detective and it's impossible I was mistaken. As I looked into her eyes while talking to her, she couldn't even make eye contact. She looked at her computer screen and couldn't stop blinking from how uncomfortable she was. I talked to the owner who itemized the bill to describe why I owe as much as I do and recommends calling my insurance for assistance. Why do I need to call my insurance? I'm not the one who needs to deal with them, if there's an issue. I politely told them I was going to hold off before paying the rest of the bill I currently owed. A week after this visit and clearer head from frustration, I arrive to pay the remaining balance and leave. If I would have just used this place for routine visits, it would have probably be an easy 5 stars, but I was quoted incorrectly, deceived by front staff, and asked to deal with insurance myself. All this leaves such a bad taste in my mouth, I cannot give anything above a one. Just thinking about this makes my stomach turn. I will say one positive thing before I move on. I've had anger problems my whole life, it's just an emotion I can't control. I have recently started to improve on it in my life and this whole experience could have easily brought this anger back. I am proud to say I was always able to keep it in check despite the layers of frustration I had to face. This is one improvement in my life I am very thankful for.

My biggest issues were the lack of transparency, inconsistent communication, and failure to properly address my concerns. I repeatedly received unexpected balance statements months after paying what I was quoted. Every time I contacted the office, I received a different explanation. At one point I was even told to ignore a balance statement because it "wasn't actually a bill," only to receive another one later. Patients should never have to guess whether they owe money after being told everything was paid. I also had ongoing problems obtaining my records and X-rays. Despite multiple promises over the phone and by text that they would be sent to me, I repeatedly dealt with delays, excuses, and inconsistent answers. I completed Invisalign here as well and was disappointed with the final outcome. Whenever I raised concerns, I felt they were dismissed rather than genuinely addressed. The reason I am updating this review is because I finally sought a second opinion after losing confidence in this office. That decision may have saved my teeth. For months, I repeatedly complained about pain and sensitivity in a tooth with a previous root canal. I was simply told I needed a new crown. No one identified the real problem or referred me to a specialist. After seeing another dentist and then an endodontist, both independently diagnosed a significant infection beneath that root canal that requires a complete redo of root canal. The endodontist also evaluated a filling that had been placed at this office. They were very concerned about how deep it extends toward the nerve and explained that it needs to be replaced because there is an infection adjacent to the nerve. I was also informed there is approximately a 50% chance that replacing the filling could result in needing another root canal because of how deep it is. Learning that I have multiple infections requiring treatment after repeatedly reporting pain and sensitivity has been devastating. I can't help but wonder whether these issues could have been identified much sooner had my concerns been taken more seriously. I have since transferred my dental care elsewhere and no longer have confidence in the care I received here. If you choose this office, I strongly recommend getting every quote in writing, keeping every receipt, requesting copies of your records and X-rays immediately, and seeking a second opinion if something doesn't feel right. I wish I had.

They told me I needed a crown. This service was done incorrectly. The other service was never done at all however they billed my insurance and also had me finance it. I attempted to reach out about continued pain from the crown they did, they never acknowledged me. They only cared about payment. I ended up getting a second opinion on the crown and I was told it wasn't medically necessary and they became concerned about where I was seen because of how badly the crown was done. They have social media advertisements. DO NOT fall for that scam. This place is totally scamming patients for services you don't need and committing insurance fraud. They don't provide documentation to you for what they are charging you or any description of services. Also, don't go there for invisalign or braces. The dentists are false advertising themselves. Go to an Orthodontist. The dentists at this facility are NOT Orthodonists. I wish I had looked at yelp before wasting my time, energy, and money at this place because clearly other people have experienced similar.
