As a Christian, I love that it's a faith based business, and that Dr. Clark offers to pray for you, and with you. He doesn't accept insurance, but his visit rates are very affordable. He's also very good at refilling any prescriptions you may have. If I had to make a criticism, I wish his Friday hours were longer, and that he was available on weekends. I also wish they had an answering machine you could leave a message on. We love having him as our family doctor, and will have him as such for as long as he is in practice. She did a great job of getting through the full body routine. I honestly kept thinking that she had gone over 60 minutes because of the thoroughness of the massage. Still left me wanting more time though. Will be going back for a longer 90 minutes and am considering the focused massage she offers. She offers a diagnostic type of therapy where she'll spend time focusing on trouble areas getting to the root of the issue with your tissue. This is a premium service and that is the only reason I haven't tried it yet. Definitely worth going back for!

I had never had a dentist so concerned with my comfort level. Literally every few minutes he asks; are you okay? Making sure you are feeling no pain whatsoever. When it was time to get more work done I specifically asked for him. But found he no longer was helping out at that office. So I quickly scheduled an appointment at his office. Upon my arrival I was truly impressed by the safe who "ALL" where extremely professional, and polite. The front, and rooms were very clean with a mellow Fung Shui feel. I received my cleaning from Lori, and later my numbing shots. And I can swear to you I never even felt a pinch! They treat you with the upmost respect no matter your dental condition. Dr. Papagayo has even taken time out of his busy schedule to talk to me on the phone, and squeeze me in when I'm worried about something. Never in my life have I had any doctor who cares for his patients this much. Dr Papagayo, and his staff's only concern is your happiness and comfort. I'm only sad I didn't find him sooner. And just so you know. My wife has left her family dentist in order to see Dr Papagayo. One visit is all it will take you. You'll never search for another dentist once you see him.

He's affordable, and really cares about his patients. It's great having a doctor who is not afraid to offer prayer at the end of the visit as well. He's very knowledgeable, and he's not afraid to recommend a specialist if one is needed. If I had to give a complaint, it would be that I wish he was available on Saturdays, and it would be nice if he had an swearing machine set up to let him know you need to schedule an appointment as soon as possible. I called to give new insurance information a month before surgury & was told they didn't need it, they will call to verify the morning of surgery (which I thought was odd bc it means additional paperwork that could have been taken care of prior to surgery day). Day of surgery we were told our insurance office was not open yet so it was either pay or the surgery won't happen. I was shocked & angry to say the least. Laziness & unprofessionalism makes for a negative review.

One said she was putting me on hold, then hung up on me and never called me back. I was laughed at, LITERALLY laughed at, when I asked for a doctor's note for work because I can't open my mouth and I talk on the phone for a living. I explained that I talk on the phone 10 hours a day, and the office manager's reply was, "I can understand you perfectly", implying I didn't need a doctor's note. She completely disregarded the excruciating pain I was in, and that talking exacerbated the problem. I would not recommend this office. I've been there multiple times, so I've had to interact with the front desk staff and office manager many times, but they have been nothing but rude and unhelpful. The surgeon and his assistants were wonderful, but the office manager has awful customer service.
