Over the years my wife and I have had a variety of dental work done at Parkcrest Dental Group, mostly with Dr. Jason Hall. We honestly have experienced no pain. The fixes moreover have lasted. Dr. Hall is straightforward about the work that needs to be done and accomplishes it with skill and finesse. Parkcrest is a smooth operation with competent technicians, cordial receptionists, and superb dentists. That this has been a successful dental practice for 50 years is no surprise. Today I was in for a couple of fillings and a cap. While I don't look forward to having my teeth worked on, this has been the best dental experience I've ever had.

Instead of her admitting she could possibly made a mistake, that she got involve in discussion of my x-rays and forgot to check and went to her next appointment, she said, I would never skip that and acted very unprofessional. A person knows when someone pulls out your tongue to look under it for cancer or lifts your lips back to check gums. She did neither but denied it and instead of offering to check it, she got all bent out of shape and offended. Telling friends/neighbors/family to definitely beware of two sides of this dentist/office practices.

They were attentive, professional, and much faster than I expected. I have nothing but good things to say about this clinic and the staff. If they had problems in the past, I couldn't see any that still exist. And, that comes from an experienced eye that was looking for them. I have been through the gamut from extraction to root canals to filling a cavity and having a partial denture made for the bottom row of teeth still implanted there and the gap where the other teeth gave up the ghost. All my fault with, possibly, bad genes having a few teeth break while chewing with extraction the most practical option. Dr. Olson has performed his tasks professionally and in a friendly, relaxed manner. I am convinced he is honest and capable and has MY best interests at heart. When options are available he informs me of all, offers his advice and allows me to do what is best for me. His prices are competitive and I believe the value-for-the-money ranges from comparable to much better than prior dentists I had working on me in the other states I lived in. I visited them for a filling replacement, cleaning, and checkup. The staff are very friendly and courteous, creating a relaxed atmosphere from the start. I got the impression that everyone loves their job and people, which really makes a difference in setting the tone for care that can cause anxiety for some. As for the actual services, the staff are efficient, considerate, and effective. They frequently checked on me to ensure I didn't need a break or suction during procedures and ensured that I was fully numbed. These sound like obvious actions, but as someone who has moved a lot and received dental care across the spectrum of quality I can attest that's not always the case. Their site also appeared to have new or current dental technology. I learned by discussing their machine that crowns can be 3D printed now. She took the time to meet and greet with my son and got him good and comfortable with her before she started. She was very attentive to him being a toddler but most importantly with patience, was able to clean all of the staining; an arduous task out last hygienist was unable to accomplish so big props to Bethany! Furthermore, she asked about our use of fluoride, which we avoid for personal reasons and she was respectful of that. It's obvious the business is grounded on top notch patient relationships and they strive towards excellence.
