I then decided to change…read moreservice providers and cancel with Metro/Frontier waste and spoke to a representative and then I was required to speak to a manager as well to cancel. When I called to confirm my refund was being processed I was notified of a $55 cancellation fee. I told the representative I was never made aware of this fee at any point from signing up to cancellation. I asked if it was written in their contract, website, anywhere or verbally made aware to the customer at any point in which I was told no it's just their policy. Worst company I've ever worked with and if you use them you should make the switch to one of the many more affordable companies who doesn't cheat people out of money.
