I was told that they could not repair it and that it required a person who is an expert in furniture repair! I told them that I did not need to have it perfect as the frames were old and worn already. They then expressed that it would take 7 hours at approximately $70/hour to repair!!! I couldn't believe it!!! So I left as obviously the store did not want the business. I went to the art shop in Lake park where they fixed the frame, replaced the glass and changed the hardware in both pictures (I had two matching). Total cost $80 and it was done in less than one week. Shout out to Easel Art Supply in Lake Park!!! Do not bother going to Imperial. They were not helpful or friendly and did not have the knowledge or expertise in framing
