Also after being here for only 2 months I have gotten numerous scratches on my car some ranging from an inch to the biggest one is almost half a foot. The people in the community do not respect others purchases and it's baffling how Their is a new scratch at-least every week or two Id recommend putting cones around your car if you want to save yourself a hassle. Overall the things occurring are ridiculous and uncalled for and needs imminent attention from the community or it's not even worth the $1700 you are paying monthly.

I personally don't feel listing a property separates the men from the boys; but after the inspection and you work towards the close, that is where you need skills. Daniel would choose a clear path trying to eliminate ambiguity and any resulting problems. More so, he has a good network of resources for accomplishing those weird tasks that homebuyers desire. I also chose him over a closer broker for selling my second home because of these characteristics, and have to say the 20 minutes difference was NOT in any way a deterrent to the service I received.
