I called and they told me I haven't been there in over a year. I'm very worried I need my medication. I've used Walgreens for years and past couple months i don't know what happened, but it's not good. It seems the people that were familiar to me the pharmacy are no longer there. If I try to telephone, I wait 5 to 10 minutes just for someone to answer and they put me on hold again. It's a shame that now I never know what's going to happen for a . And who's going to be able to help me? They usually have exactly what I am looking for but I did notice their prepared foods are either never made or look like they've been there since the night before but I never buy their prepared foods so it isn't an issue to me but maybe to others. Some of the employees can be a bit rude or just not as friendly as you would expect. Even if you dislike your job you should still give excellent customer service even if you just smile and say hello to the person I could drastically change their experience. They always look so miserable when I stop in there which makes me feel kind of bad. There has been a 1 dollar coffee with apps which is any size as long as it is hot beverage.  Last week he charges me regular price with no explanation or any signs that says it will be a regular price. Today, I visited again and the same guy charges regular price again and I asked isnt it $1 dollar with apps? Cause the signs still says it is a dollar with the app and the guy gives me an attitude with a face replying really? 2 times and he says price went back to regular and you get 7th cup free thats it!!. Like i mentioned above, there is no sign what so ever that mentions the price is going back to regular as of when. I don't mind if the price is changed, customers should be acknowledged before something changes, not when asked and the price is listed as same as before.
