More Pluses - Park office is open when it's supposed to be - Phone calls are returned almost immediately or as soon as they open back up - The playground looks brand new and is always being utilized by the children - It's always been quiet and I see people coming and going in nice cars, driving safely and people walking for exercise - The pool and the facility are in great condition - There's an area to wash your car - There's an area for dogs to hang out or be washed - Applications are approved within 2 days - The requirements to be approved are not easy but look at the great community it has created. My family and i rented one of there newer model units for 1+ year. Most important for myself was this facility has a clean complex, coupled with a skilled maintenance crew. Any service needs we had were met in a timely and professional manner. The office manager Carmen is a sweetheart and her communication is excellent. Leasing qualifications can be a little tedious. So if you have income verification in order along with decent credit history you will be in good shape. In addition I'd like to add this is a safe place with lots of amenities, such as a park, swimming, laundry mat and clubhouse for events. There private security also makes a difference.
