In desperation I finally reached someone in a completely different office (who was uninvolved with my tax prep) and after much time consuming conversation was able to resolve the issues. As expected I didn't owe anymore taxes. Don't EVER do business with HRBlock Camp Verde, AZ. And don't bother buying the HRBlock insurance policy. Its worthless.
