We have frequented this farmers market in Hagerstown for 10+ years. They have a huge selection of…read morefresh produce, canned items (jams, pickles, etc), as well as plants, and we enjoy stopping in to get locally sourced food throughout the spring, summer, and fall. They're closed part of the winter, but before Christmas they have a great selection of holiday decor including wreaths, garlands, and trees. Parking lot is quite large so no need to worry about parking! During COVID they have some safety precautions in place-- masks worn by employees, and plastic in front of the register.

The only thing I still can't get used to is the shopping carts that require a coin. I understand the idea behind it, but it does feel a bit outdated sometimes. It would be nice if they found a more convenient solution for that. Other than that, it's a great place to shop if you want good value without sacrificing quality.

Also received celery with ribs that were brown. As a senior citizen I order delivered food & trusting the shopper to provide fresh food to me. I tip well & am often disappointed with what I receive.
