I was also billed for a trip of which never happened because we picked up the scooter ourselves. They did not tighten up the arms like I specifically asked them to. The receipt that they sent home had no dollar amount, probably because it was a waiver program. A company with integrity would cross their T's and dot their I's and complete the paperwork in its entirety. They don't return my phone calls when I inquire about what work they've actually completed We will never work with them again.

When I took my mom to Active Medical, Greg stayed in late for us and patiently helped us pick the right sized wheelchair. Greg also allowed my dad, who has backpain, to try out a scooter in case he needed help to walk as well. Right before the travel day, Greg let me pick up the wheelchair one day before the scheduled date, to save me a trip.
