I moved my parents closer to me so I can take care of them. We sought Primary Physicians. You refused to see them when they wanted to schedule their first appointment. When the "Doctor" returned my mother's call, no one had yet met my parents. Still, the "Doctor" herself told my 80-year-old mother that she was not ACCEPTABLE & then hung up on her! HOW DARE YOU. My mother had a missed call from the doctor's office and, not knowing who it was, returned the call. A Male on the end of the phone told my mother that she was not ACCEPTABLE, laughing at her. First impressions are unforgiving and you were unfair to deny someone's request without reason. Based on your actions and the behavior of your personnel, I cannot see how you can be highly recommended. In my opinion, you are heartless and lack empathy. Upon making the appointment they informed me that they would contact my insurance company and see if the visit was covered. I never heard back from billing, so I assumed the visit was covered. A couple weeks later I received a bill from the office indicating our insurance didn't cover the visit. If you aren't sure if your insurance will cover the treatment you will want to inquire on your own.

That was different, but fine. The issue came when I had trouble moving my arm because I was in great pain. As he started helping me move it, I started to cry because of the pain. He then proceeded to call me a "drama queen." I just replied in tears, "it just hurts really bad." Regardless of what a patient is doing, simple professionalism does not allow for name calling. While the treatment was good, I am extremely disappointed in the character of Dr. Boyer.
