I rarely leave negative reviews, but I felt this experience was worth sharing. I called the office because I had a question about a medical bill and genuinely wanted to understand what I was being charged for. Instead of receiving a helpful explanation, I was met with a rude, impatient, and condescending attitude. I was polite throughout the call and even asked if I could pay the balance soon, but I still felt like I was being treated as an inconvenience. No one should feel uncomfortable or talked down to for asking a simple question about their bill. Customer service is a huge part of any medical office, and I hope this office takes patient interactions more seriously. A little kindness and respect can make all the difference. read more

I'm an old guy who has had many health care providers in multiple locations, which makes me familiar with what good service looks like and acts like. I believe that the care I've gotten here has been exceptional, from my primary physician, lab assistants and general staff, to the front desk workers. This outfit is professional and friendly and has responded to my needs quickly. It is worth noting that my primary physician, Tristan Stiles, is one of the three best, over a long life, that I have received care from. He is a great and compassionate communicator. I live in Grants Pass and drive here for medical needs because I can trust him, not because it's convenient. read more

Been with this office for almost 10 years. Received a letter telling me my Doctor has moved onto another office. I called Vally Family Practice, and was told they are not accepting any patients and that I would have to find another office. I told them I'm not a new patient and that my Doctor left the office. DO NOT GO TO Valley Family Practice. It used to be a great office when Dr. Shonerd was there but since he left it has turned into a fraudulent money racket. They will refuse to give you any test results without scheduling more visits. The front desk receptionist laughed at me when I had a concern about the cost of having these pointless visits that could have just been a quick phone call. The office manager is almost impossible to get ahold of when there are issues with the staff. After voicing my concerns to the office manager I was sent a letter telling me that I was no longer a patient of the clinic and would need to find a new office. I was absolutely polite to every person in the office even when I was ignored, laughed at and had to have multiple appointments with NO resolve of my medical issue. If you want to waste money, be treated poorly and don't want to get any help for your medical problems then definitely go to this office. read more
