HELP! A broken frost free faucet caused water to permeate a basement wall, ceiling and floor. We…read morecalled SERVICE MASTER, they showed up in a couple of hours. In very little time they located the problem and began clean up and moving things to prevent any further damage. They informed us of what happened and all they were doing. The next day a crew arrived, removed damaged sheet rock, insulation, carpet, etc. They set up fans and dehumidifiers and in several days the damaged area was dry and the moisture level was well within a safe level. They gave us a complete report and also forwarded it to our insurance company. Very thorough, very competent and very professional. I think these folks can fix anything.

We have had intermittent problems with a slow drain under the slab in our basement that we know has…read morea hole in it. I messaged Drain Pro to get them to map the pipe so the plumbers could replace it. They responded to my inquiry quickly and showed up exactly when they said they would. They checked the pipe, found that it was mostly just clogged, and showed us that the hole is very small and likely does not need replacement at this point. Then he gave us advice on how to keep it clear without them having to do it regularly, but also that he's happy to keep checking it for us going forward. Additionally, we had a power outage literally right as he was about to put the snake down the pipe, but they came back a couple hours later (well after 6pm) when the power was back and did the job. Then they didn't charge me an arm and a leg! The guys were very polite, went out of their way to be neat (going around the house instead of through it), and cleaned up after themselves. Couldn't be happier. I hope I don't need their services anymore, but I'll happily use them again if I do.

I had a home inspection done on our Clarkston, Wa. home, to get ready to sell it, but we were unable to find a reliable company to come and give us a honest estimate on the water damage in our attic, when I ran across Valley Floor Care on Yelp. I sent a e-mail and received a respondence immediately asking for a appointment to see the damage. Jacob Knudson came by the next day, gave me a fair estimate, unlike some other "Service" witch said we needed thousands of dollars of their repairs. They had there guy at my house a couple days later and replaced couple of leaking rubber vents on the roof and it was fixed in a 1/2 hour with no signs of mold as previous company said. They did good, honest work, they were on time and reliable. I would recommend them all day long. They nice and understanding. We had a short time frame to get our home cleaned for new renters, and were worried about getting the floors clean in time. We were squeezed into the schedule quickly, and the old carpets looked practically brand new when they were finished! The service and communication was excellent and professional. It's been years since my mother had her carpets cleaned and they stunk ( dog urine) and were absolutely disgusting.
