At a great value for the price. My husband bought me and my daughters flower arrangements for Mother's Day on the Friday before (2 days). They were beautiful, but did not contain some of the freshest flowers. By Sunday some of the flowers were drooping and sad. We took pictures and brought them to the attention of the florist. They replaced each one of the arrangements! All they wanted was the container back. Now that's customer service! Highly recommend this place for your floral needs.

However this…read moretime I was a little irritated because the delivery driver called my wife's phone and asked if she would be in her office because they had a delivery for her. These were anniversary flowers which were a surprise, up until she received the phone call. Our office is less than 1 mile away from the store. Never has any driver called prior to delivery to let my wife know she had flowers coming. Thanks, next time I know not to bother putting down the recipients phone number since its used to spoil the surprise.

That being said I needed to order flowers for someone so I went to their website to order them. It was extremely easy to order. They arrived on time and were just as lovely as my valentines day flowers. Not only that but the customer service was awesome too. They did not have a certain flower that was pictured so they called to let me know that and substituted something that turned out to be even nicer. Even though I live in Port Charlotte The Valley Florist Downtown in Arcadia is my new florist. Delivery charge included I got better flowers for my money than calling one of the online services. They should be your Florist too.

After the ceremony my party had to move a few tables and chairs back just so we could eat! She left in a hurry and didn't help at all. Then at the end of the night we had to put the rest of the tables and chairs back (yes in the contract it says I have to put everything back the way it was before I got there but we also had to clean up her mess) She had told me that my security deposit would go towards the bar bill. When I went to go pay it they had told me they had given enough her the deposit earlier in the day and she would never had said anything if I didn't ask her about it. She plays stupid when you ask her things like she has know idea what you are talking about. She also charged me over 4 times the amount of the venue to use it when it wasn't even her venue!!! Yes, my wedding was amazing, but not because of her. It was because of my family and friends that helped with everything. Save yourself

So let's back it up to the moment he asked (of course I said yes to my one in a million man) and the wedding planning began. Just like every normal woman, we have had the vision of our perfect wedding day planned out since we were the age of 5. Never did I think it would take place amidst a pandemic or that it would be executed as flawlessly as it was thanks to Krystal and her daughters. From the first time I spoke with Krystal, I knew she saw my vision and would bring it to life. She made it completely effortless. Truly! I was worried about finding the right vendors for hair, makeup, dj, flowers, cake, photographer and all the other jazz that goes along with wedding planning. But, before I could even start to stress I would get a phone call saying "I have the perfect person for this" and just like that it was taken care of and another worry off my shoulders. All the vendors that Krystal works with are fabulous and were created for exactly what they do. I couldn't have chosen better ones if I tried. Krystal coordinated our entire wedding from beginning to end. She is truly one of the hardest working people I have ever met and her passion for this business is amazing. We chose to have a backyard wedding since I have the most amazing space for it. The day of the wedding Krystal and her daughters arrived as soon as there was a touch of sunlight to start setting up. They set up the ceremony as well as the reception area. They worked nonstop until it was perfect and believe me it was.
