From there, the project manager shows up to do the estimate, which is what I really liked - NOT just a random associate who does estimates, this is the person who will be your point of contact from the day they show up to do the work, until the project is finished. Stephen was my estimator and project manager and he was awesome. He was super cool upon showing up and even brought a color wheel so that he and I could take a look a potential colors. You figure it would be standard practice to do that but out of the 5 estimates I got, he was the only one who showed up prepared. We chatted about ideas, measurements, etc and by the end of the day, I was sent the estimate. Again, out of the 5 estimates I got, he was the only one that was able to get it to me promptly. I had two that took a week, another took two weeks, one guy did it over the phone without seeing the place (and it was a big job so I wasn't so sure about that). But Stephen, he was on it! From there, I worked with Jordan on scheduling - and to make sure I was prepared on my end. She was super friendly and answered all of my questions (no matter how redundant they were lol) - and within a week I was on their schedule! When Stephen showed up the morning of, with Jose and Lincoln, who were the painters doing the work - we walked through the space to make sure we were all on the same page. Jose and Lincoln prepped my space while Stephen ran out and got the paint - from there Jose and Lincoln took over and KNOCKED IT OUT OF THE PARK! I mean, these two guys were so respectful of our place, they were fast, they were clean, friendly and efficient! Their work is impeccable. We are so happy and it was such an easy process that we're having them come back next year and paint the rest of the house. She noticed a very small crack in a window that I could barely see and suggested replacing the window as the film could expand the crack causing the window and the film to have to be replaced. After those windows were done, they came back to do the replaced cracked window as well as about 7 more windows.
