After some 40 years of being a home owner in the Valley, and doing multiple projects, from sunroom additions, to adding second floors, with multiple contractors, finally I hired Valley Home Improvement to do a pretty simple basement renovation into workout room. It was like night and day working with them! So, when I had a complete renovation of a townhouse to be undertaken while I was out of the country, they were the obvious choice. From the impeccable design work, attention to my specific needs, communication and follow through, they were miles ahead of anyone else I have ever worked with. WE LOVE OUR NEW GARAGE! My family and I enjoy our new addition every day and we can so glad we choose the right company to build it. Whenever we had a question, Valley answered it. Whenever we wanted a change, Valley did it. The crews of people are nice and respectful. We were really concerned about the worksite being clean and not chaos when we got our project going. They did not dissapoint! No nasty dumpsters, they have a daily garbage dump and kept our household running smoothly throughout the whole process. Valley Home Improvement did an absolutely fantastic job on our home improvements. We had them remove and replace old decking and stairs as well as repair a failing beam over our patio. The woodwork was precise and ended up looking great, as well as being bomb-proof. They came up with solutions to repair the support over our patio that did not require dismantling the surrounding brick work. They kept the work site cleaned up on a daily basis and were helpful and respectful throughout the process. Communication was timely and reliable. We have used Valley Home Improvement for three different projects, a bedroom and bath addition, a kitchen renovation and addition, and this fall, VHI will be doing a bathroom addition for us.
