Aquí solo van a batallar desde el primer día. Los errores son constantes y los resultados simplemente no existen. This firm showed me a pattern of behavior that no client should ever ignore: Basic mistakes on simple tasks like change‑of‑address forms- repeated, careless, and never corrected. Constant turnover of paralegals, forcing clients to repeat the same information because no one communicates internally. Misleading "Spanish‑speaking" advertising. Only the paralegals speak Spanish. The attorneys do not. More communication from billing than from the attorney. When the billing department contacts you more than your lawyer, the priorities are clear -- and they are not the client. The attorney introduced at the beginning was NOT the attorney assigned after payment. That switch alone is a major red flag. My assigned attorney does not appear anywhere on the firm's own team webpage. That lack of transparency is unacceptable. Online reviews show a pattern of detailed complaints that match my experience, yet the firm responds with generic "contact us for feedback" messages instead of addressing the issues. The money disappears fast, and the work does not reflect the cost. The value, communication, and results do not match what they charge. Something is off about how this place operates. The mismatch between their five‑star ratings and the consistent complaints about money and lack of results is impossible to ignore. I'm writing this so others don't have to go through what I did. The lack of consistency, transparency, and professionalism is alarming, and the firm's priorities are nowhere near where they should be.

The Great Working with my lawyer Janel Cisneros has been fantastic. She is professional, punctual, keeps her word, and follows up on everything. She was everything I was hoping for in a lawyer, and would I absolutely work with her in the future. Highly recommended! 5/5 The okay The paralegals were very respectful and nice, I'll give them that. But there were some issues with them being asked to make a call or get a form, and then they just don't do it. It was frustrating to say the least, as I had to do a lot of the calling around and legwork in the early parts of the case when I was still recovering. Roswill and Lisa were great, but with the others there were issues. 4/5 The bad Towards the end of my case, I had some legal questions that were not a specialty of my lawyer, so she recommended another lawyer her firm works with named David Don. After calling over a few weeks, so scoffed at me, told me it was unfortunate what happened, but he just didn't want the case. A simple no would of been fine, but this guy just wanted to insult me, and was as rude as possible. This is a BIG red mark on The Husband and Wife Law Firm. Associating with someone who treats your clients like that is very insulting, and makes me question where this law firms morals are. My lawyer apologized later, but still a huge F for both here and Mr. Don. 0/5 Well, after a very long wait I was able to experience working with multiple people in this law firm. Janel was a rockstar, the paralegals have a lot to work with, but need a bit of tweaking on following through (except Roswill and Lisa). The David Don incident was a bad stain on my opinion of this place. But overall I'm giving this place a solid 4/5. I'm putting in 5/5 because yelp giving this place 3 point whatever is way too low, and they honestly deserve something in the 4-5 range. 5/5 range if they stop recommending David Don. Thanks again Janel and say hi to Roswill for me. Enjoy the gift! Edit: I received a call from someone working at the firm to inform me they are no longer recommending Mr. Don, nor are they working with his firm. This is 5/5 attitude to have and makes me want to recommend this place more. See a problem and fix it. Not put a band-aid on it, but fix it. Well done H&W LT.

Just wanted to use an attorney because I didn't have the time to deal with it myself and didn't give it to anybody in the law firm that I worked with over the last few years since my retirement. (JSH) There are a ton of personal attorneys in Arizona. After researching the top 10 attorneys in AZ, I just decided to take a chance on a very highly advertised firm, " The Husband & Wife Law Team". After finding out there involvement and support in the community and their large family and type of parents they are, I decided these are the kind of people I want to represent me. Well I cannot tell you how impressed I was with their service. Ever had a question or made a call. It was dealt with then and there.. I ended up in the hospital for a few days, how they found out I have no idea, totalLy unrelated to the accident and when I came home, there was a gift box in my mailbox with all kinds of bathing needs. Soap , shampoo...etc..etc... Been working with law practices in Arizona & Chicago for the last 22 years and I never heard of anything like this. Never even met these folks, everything was done via phone and Verisign. W a few months, I got a settlement far greater than I anticipated. Surprised me, but expected knowing the type of experience this firm has.. Every couple of months or so I get a surprise in the mail, a car carrier, umbrella, or something that is actually useful and something that I can actually use rather than some ridiculous knickknack/chochkie that you put in a closet someplace and never use. Of course it brands that their name in large but you know what makes me proud to use whatever item it is because others see it and see that name and when they ask me, I tell them, they're the ones you want. Somebody actually puts thought in what they send you. I could go on and on, but I think I made my point. If you need a Law Firm that gives a damn about you and looks out for your interest and actually cares about you. Mark & Alexis is your only choice. "You'll have more then a torn ACL when I'm done with you" The injury became so severe that jail medical staff denied me entry and I was transported to the emergency room. Afterward, I felt that my case was handled in a way that ignored the circumstances surrounding my injury. My Army unit reached out to Mr. O'Sullivan and the court to provide input and ask questions, but those concerns were not addressed. " I have an Email from a 1st SGT saying this. When the garage video got illegally deleted and longer available, I was told there was no way to obtain it by Mr Sullivan and that it would become my word against theirs. During my five months dealing with this case, I felt pressured rather than represented. I was told future plea offers could get worse, but I refused to accept something I did not believe was right. Ultimately, I no longer have those felony charges on my record. At sentencing, Mr. O'Sullivan did not appear, and a substitute attorney represented me. That attorney showed more effort fighting for me in that one appearance than I experienced during the entire time I was represented.

I as a first-time successor trustee had no idea how to start in recovering them. Some of the financial institutions mentioned probate as an option, but with no experience, I was hesitant to tackle that myself. Fortunately I found Julie at Arizona Probate LLC. After she phone-interviewed me to get an understanding of my mother's assets, she suggested I use a "Small Estate Affidavit", which she prepared for a reasonable price and in a timely manner. Happily, my mother's financial institutions both accepted the Small Estate Affidavit and released the assets so that I could settle the estate. Julie was a huge help. With her on the team, the process was clear, easy and affordable. I highly recommend Arizona Probate LLC and Julie. I would readily hire her again any time I needed estate work.

Each time, Sonja has proven to be an incredible resource: calm, clear, responsive, and genuinely on your side. Most recently, I experienced one of the scariest moments of my life--A dozen police officers showed up at my home, guns drawn, yelling for me to come out. They had a search warrant. After a long twenty minutes turned out the search warrant was for an individual I had rented the guest house to. In the middle of the chaos, the only person I could think to call was Sonja. True to form, she picked up immediately. Her calm demeanor and steady voice helped me breathe. She listened carefully, explained exactly what was happening, told me what my rights were, and walked me through the steps I needed to take. Just knowing she was there, guiding me through it, made a huge difference. Situations like these don't just test your nerves--they test your trust in the people you turn to for help. I've always been a tough critic when it comes to reviews (usually I only write them when I'm unhappy), but I can say without hesitation that I have 100% confidence in recommending Sonja. She's one of the very few people I trust fully, and she's earned that trust over and over again. He reached out advertising his services, sounded extremely interested in taking on my case, and made it seem like I had a strong chance at a positive outcome. He assured me he would handle everything thoroughly and professionally. Unfortunately, hiring him was a complete waste of time and money. From start to finish, I felt like nothing was actually done to defend me. I ultimately lost the case and ended up in the exact same position I was in before hiring him except now I was out thousands of dollars in legal fees. There was no strategy, no proactive communication, and no meaningful action taken that changed the outcome. I constantly had to reach out for updates. I rarely received proactive communication. Each time we spoke, I had to repeat the same information over and over again because he didn't seem to remember previous conversations. It felt incredibly disorganized and frustrating, especially during an already stressful legal situation. When I first contacted the office, his secretary was on vacation, so he was answering the phones himself. During that call, he struggled to take down basic information like my email address, repeatedly getting frustrated and saying, "This is a woman's job. I shouldn't have to be doing this". "This is why I keep messing up. This job is for women." I was shocked by how unprofessional and inappropriate those comments were. Instead of focusing on helping a potential client, he was visibly irritated and making sexist remarks. Throughout the case, I felt like I had to manage him rather than the other way around. I was constantly following up, reminding him of details, and pushing for progress. Even then, nothing meaningful seemed to get done. The experience was stressful, disorganized, and disappointing. After going through this, I later learned that others have had similar issues, which unfortunately makes sense based on my experience. When you hire an attorney during a difficult time, you're placing trust in someone to guide and advocate for you. Instead, this experience made an already overwhelming situation far worse. I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. Save your time, money, and peace of mind.
