The clinic on Appleton street is the most unprofessional office I have ever worked with. The office…read moremakes appts for clients and does not bother to tell the client. If you are fortunate enough to have a CSP worker, they can look to see when it is. I had an appt, but had the wrong time in my calendar. No text or call before the appt as a reminder, which would have solved the problem. Then, discovering I missed the phone call, the Dr said call the office when you get this, so we can connect. This was done immediately and as has happened every time for the 3 1/2 years I have worked with them, i got voicemail. I left a message. Again,as has happened with every call I have made for the last 3 1/2 years, I received no call back. It does not matter that I like the Dr., not being able to get through to him makes this clinic impossible to work with. My advise, go somewhere else.
