She's always very helpful and extremely knowledgable. The physical location is convenient. It's right on State street across from MLK community center. The Cons: Parking here absolutely sucks, especially in the winter. The lot is small and on a dead end street. Though the mail handler is awesome, she's usually the only one there and the wait times can get a bit long. Good post office thought all in all.

I was able to track it as far as customs in Dublin and then, black hole. When mailing, I was not advised at the East longmeadow office that a pkg to EU should be send priority with insurance. MTS Siding and Roofing came to my home for some damage due to high winds causing damage. Matt contacted me asap and advised me he could come out the next day and do the repair. I sent him pictures of the damage and he responded with the price right away. He and one of his workers came the next day to inspect the roof for any other damage he may have missed in the pictures. Repairs were done that day with no other problems. Would recommend him to anyone looking for a good roofer and siding looking at some pictures of his work.
