From a poor selection to unscheduled closings during weekend hours, in addition to claiming items brought in were fake and selling out from under you, as well as not honoring credit cards and accusations of theft...this is definitely a place to avoid unless you are in dire and desperate circumstances. Bought a box of ammo there. Was given decent discount. I opened the box and several rounds of ammo were missing. I pointed this out and was told, "Yeah, that's why I lowered the price." Had I not negotiated the price, I would not have gotten my money's worth. Therefore, know that this place hires dishonest people or puts to work family members who are underhanded. It's sad that the employees built a great customer base, but with one bad interaction, I will never return to any of their shops ever again. First off, when I first walked in, it smelled like sewage mixed in with dirty feet in this store (it used to never smell like this). I was in there looking at the DVDs today and saw only one dvd that I wanted (they have downsized their stock a lot), which was only $1. When we went to register to pay for it, we were going to pay with card, but the man at the register, who acted as either the manager or owner (I've never seen this guy in all my years coming here until today), while spitting dip into a trash can right behind him, said we would have to find something that costs more in order for us to use the card. Since we don't carry cash on us, we told him that that's all we had was card. He said that he wasn't going to do it and said he'd hold it for us until we can bring a dollar bill into the store. The man was disrespectful to me and my girlfriend and talked to me with zero integrity. This guy obviously doesn't know how to treat customers or run a business, if he is the real owner of the establishment. If he is, I feel very sorry for his employees. From the one interaction I had with this guy, I could tell that his attitude issues are chronic. I will not be coming back. read more
