Item is long gone, I've lost lots of money and time, will not communicate with me. They have kept all my money and any insurance paid by usps. I opened a case early on with eBay, seller then said they opened usps insurance case, they promised to take care of it, I would not be forgotten! That was early August, now it's late February. I've left many messages only to be ignored and left with a very expensive experience in hundreds of $. Not ever a sorry for anything. Do Not Trust These People !!!!!!!!!!!

The sales clerk was assisting a customer prior to my arrival and when he saw me enter the store, he immediately greeted me, explained that he was helping the gentlemen before me, and said he would be with me soon. I appreciated how communicative he was and the superb customer service he provided from the moment I stepped inside the store. Additionally, in the middle of my transaction another customer came in and the sales clerk politely asked if I would mind if he assisted them as their transaction was very quick and then he would return to mine. Again, this demonstrated excellent customer care since he was able to quickly gauge the needs of another customer and acknowledged them while also balancing our interaction. He also apologized for the unusually busy day and the wait time, which again, I thought demonstrated stellar customer care. In regards to the pricing, the sales associate was very patient as I calculated what I wanted to sell my items for. He also pulled up the ebay rate on his ipad for the items I brought in and from there we both decided on a fair transaction amount based on the wear and tear on my items as well as the market price. I felt that the interaction was very easy and low stress! I would definitely recommend checking out Tobey's Pawn shop if you're looking for a place where they care about their customers, and are patient with their sellers. Additionally, I took some time to browse their selection and I was impressed with their stock. They had items that ranged from video game consoles, GoPros, an Instax camera, record players, ample variety of guitars, tools galore, and a pretty good jewelry selection. This place is definitely worth a look if you're searching for some gently used goods.
