We had thought the people standing in the hallway were waiting on the dental office in the same building. Disappointing. Communication is so simple and shows customers that you care about their business. I always try to patronize local shops, but this time the chain store down the road got my business. Even though we visit this area twice a year, I can't see myself trying this one again either.
