He had his people selling pulled pork sandwiches and quesadillas by the dumpster in our parking lot. Turns out they had been there all weekend but were in a more hidden spot for the first few days. Instead of an emailed response, I received a couple texts with no punctuation or capitalization from someone who called himself Tre. I asked where I can email some drawings and he insisted that we speak. Yet he never called back. I eventually contacted their office and dealt with some poor gal that has to deal with this Tre character. I provided her with drawings. Two months elapsed and I finally pinged Tre, asking when I would have a quote. He replied that they are unable to produce the vault I need. Tre provided no explanation for why he couldn't be bothered to respond in a timely manner. I would avoid this place. I've had very good luck with Copeland Precast near Denver. They are responsive and professional, and their pricing is reasonable. You may think that dealing with a local yokel is the best route. I assure you this is not the case as far as Monte Vista goes.
