Renee is an exceptional PT person and my parents honestly would not be moving about in their older age without her. Hands on manipulation of any sort can be unnerving to an older person who has not had a life of body work nor might not immediately understand the benefit of PT. But Renee quickly got the trust of my parents (not an easy task) and has improved their movement and mobility as they have aged. It was the best experience at this I've ever had. Each and every person there was caring and attentive. IV insertion was nothing more than a prick...no pain whatsoever. I'm not used to that. I never woke up during the procedure and yet, I remember most of our conversation in recovery...which says a lot about the anesthesiologist.
