Interestingly I paid them and they agreed to properly prep the surfaces prior to applying the paint so that didn't really add up for me. They agreed to come back and touch up which they did once. I still have paint peeling and have given up trying to get them to come back. Don't waste your time with these guys. They are expensive and don't stand behind their work!

I was hesitant due to pricing but Jon came back every day with new prices and guarantees. I gave in and work began. It was a disaster from there. When sanding of the concrete began no vents in the home were covered which led to the whole home and surfaces being covered in dust in which he and his partner only somewhat vacuumed downstairs and left myself needing to clean the whole home on multiple occasions. During this process not all areas were sanded well enough and many raised areas were still visible. We were guaranteed that the layers of epoxy would cover those imperfections. They began laying the epoxy and when done it looked horrible. Jon did come back through and claimed to fix the areas and claimed he had run out of product and blamed myself for not having the funds for more although I was guaranteed a finished product for the agreed upon price. Unfortunately there was no time or fees to fix the finished product but luckily the home sold.
