Chris and the rest of the team at ServiceMaster were incredibly responsive to our basement flooding situation. Within an hour of getting off the phone with the insurance company, Chris had called me and scheduled a crew to come over. In less than 3 hours after my insurance call, the crew had checked the entire basement for the extent of damage, moved fans and dehumidifiers into the basement, and had everything going and set up. Water damage to basement family room. Pulled off the trim and left all the nails in the trim to rust. When they got there the machine to vacuum up the water from the carpet would not work. Got an invoice and the amount was outrageous so called to question it. Was told not to pay that invoice and they would review it and get back to us. No one every did get back to us then after a total of 7 months they finally sent an adjusted invoice with a nice little note attached to it saying please give this invoice our IMMEDIATE ATTENTION!! - are you kidding me - they took 7 months to get us the bill and they want our immediate attention!!!! They don't follow thru and do what they say they are going to do- CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE!!! read more

I wanted to extend a huge thanks to all of the staff at Servicemaster Avenue of the Saints for their wonderful customer service and care of my home. I contacted Servicemaster to have the air ducts cleaned throughout my house. My appointment was scheduled in a timely fashion and they accommodated my inability to be on-site during the cleaning. I received a reminder call the morning of my appointment to ask if there were any special situations at my home (i.e., pets) for which the technicians should be aware and was told when they would arrive. That evening upon returning home, the cleaning had been completed, my furnace filter replaced, the house left in good order, and no sign that there had been a major cleaning at my home that day. I was extremely pleased. From my initial contact with Kelly Jo Harris, Marketing and Advertising Manager, to my converstation with Beth in the office to set up an appointment, and the service from the technicians that performed the cleaning, I want to thank them all for their attention to customer service.
