Treat them with respect ! They will treat you with the utmost respect! You might not like some of the drivers but thats no reason to be rude! Once you get to know people sometimes they become friends and valley taxi drivers will do their best for you! Let's not forget Linda ! You got a complaint ? Call her ,be calm,respectful, dont assume its her fault and she will listen ! If your complaint is reasonable? She will address it ! The drivers dont have any control over who's going out of town for a run? Or how long they will be the only driver in the area ? Be patient! If I had to drive people to and from all day? Id park the cab and say F--K this!! Then call for a cab home!! read more

Some days when I work 2nd shift, I'm late to work. How early do I need to call the taxi service now if I need to be at work on time? This is unbelievable that I'm waiting for over a hour to go to work and try to be on time. The owners needs to put workers on priority because new York state is a employment at will state and that means I can get terminated just by being late by law. The owners needs to get their act straight. Im sick of being late to work. Fix your car's or shut down the company until you do. It's a common sense issue. read more

So because my neighbor drives a cab and we don't get along I was forced to wait almost 2 hrs for a ride and was treated so rudely once they did come I guess I won't bother calling anymore.. Guess his family gets to ride free all day long too wth. And not to mention how they drive when your in the car.. read more
