Uuuhhh... this place is teeny tiny. Does any airline besides Delta flight into / out of here…read moreanymore? I don't think so. I'm surprised this place is still open, honestly. Got to the airport, was going through security, and had my bag pulled aside. The TSA agents were incredibly pleasant, but they were pulling every. single. bag. aside... my bag got pulled aside for a square compact. Really???? Bag got put through security again... everything was fine... and I went on my merry way... ... then I got a notice that my flight was delayed. Fine. I went and sat in the hallway leading to Gate 6 for the extent of my delay, working away on emails for my office while I waited for my plane. Fortunately, I had enough of a buffer in Detroit to account for the layover, but getting out of Binghamton was my first flight of the day and getting quickly delayed wasn't helpful. Ugh. Parked at the airport from Friday morning until late Sunday. I can't remember what the cost was... around $20, maybe? I have no idea. By the time my flight coming home landed in Binghamton around 11:30pm on Sunday night? I was dazed, tired of Delta delays, and just wanted to be home. TL;DR The people here are pleasant, but the airport is tiny and I was delayed getting out of Binghamton for my connection in Detroit. With minimal options to get back home, I was just praying nothing would happen to my late night flight back to Binghamton from Detroit a couple days later. Ugh.

This is very important: Even though this is a very small station and it will take you all of three…read moreminutes to get through security, your checked bags MUST be dropped off at least thirty minutes prior to departure. There are NO exceptions. The very nice lady who checked me in said that I had made it with exactly two minutes to spare. This is a policy that comes down from Delta corporate and the front line folks can not override it. So now you know. Otherwise, this is a standard Delta experience for a small station. The folks here are outsourced but they're still super nice and they did a great job getting the flight boarded.

Christopher responded right away and was polite and organized and was able to pick me up at 3am the next day (9 hours after I contacted him) and shuttle me to SYR. He was prompt, drive quite well, and arrived with a clean car. I want to thank Christopher to kick off my day on time to help me finally get back home. Oh and there were several texts to me to confirm the pick up, to pay the fare, remind me, and also one 15 minutes before he arrived. Nice touch.

We got a quote and invoice within 15 minutes. 4am on the day of our flight they were at our house not just on time but early! Friendly, courteous safe driver. Reliable transportation to the airport during odd times is almost impossible to find in Syracuse but CCS was there for us and fulfilled everything they said they would! 10/10 recommend!

Every option from security to rental car just rings and rings (at best), or disconnects (at worst). One of the numbers goes to a fax machine. How are people supposed to find out what they need to know about your airport if the information isn't online AND nobody answers the phone. I mean, nobody? Ugh. I've got to try to get to this airport today and fly out tomorrow. I'm not feeling hopeful about my flying experience if a simple phone call is so hard to answer. If it's not a total poop-show I will gladly come back and revise this review.

Our flight was delayed 4 hours and when we finally went to check our bags they told us we weren't able to and that the flight was closed even though the plane hadn't landed yet!! They told us we could get on the plane but we just couldn't take our luggage. Which obviously makes no sense. We have flown allegiant airline for years this experience is causing us to question our willingness to fly with them again.

He was there 20 mins if not earlier when we needed our rides. We got picked up at our home and dropped off right in the city. Eshan was back the day promptly at our hotel and took us to little Italy for dinner, waited for us to be done, then back home to the Scranton area. Wish I could give more than 5 stars bc the pricing was SO reasonable for our ask. We will be booking with him again soon! :)
