They gave me a quote indicated the work would take 2 hours. 5 hours later, they tell me that they broke a different part in my car fixing the first issue, and my bill would be $200+ more than expected. fast forward 24h's, my "check engine" light is on, and I find out it is for an issue related to the system they were fixing. If this wasn't bad enough, I took my car last year to get work done, and in a not so surprising twist, within a week, I needed to have my car into a different mechanic, for an issue related to the issue they were supposed to fix. I'm not saying they are crooks, but If "A" leads to "B" more than once, it's the start of a pattern.

Took my Mazda 3 in yesterday to have it looked at and it needed extensive work on the rear brakes. I was taken back into the shop (which is very clean!) and shown exactly what was wrong with my car. I've never had a mechanic do that and I truly appreciated it. They kept my car over night as they needed an additional part. Was able to use a vehicle to run an errand and came back to my freshly washed and repaired car. Max was wonderful!
