They always treated Coco with so much love, were always gentle and soft, and literally saved her life on a few occasions, and were always willing to listen and guide me on her health and care. Dr Stoker and Dr Decker was so thoughtful and loving to her throughout her life and Dr Davis was so kind and helpful at the end of her life, even calling to check on her and her even calling to convey his condolences. This vet is the WORST…read more After receiving a second opinion on my Dog's broken bone, it was discovered that instead of ordering the correct splint for the injury or sending me elsewhere, Coldwater "rigged" one together. The rig was not even protecting the injury and ended up causing my animal MUCH more pain and discomfort than the actual break itself. Not only that, I was told that if the break did not heal correctly, the next step would be amputation. This worried me and my family sick. The second Vet assured me that there would NEVER be a need for amputation from the injury to my dog, EVER. Worst case scenario was way better than the fear Coldwater sold to me. Also, They charged TRIPLE the cost of any other vet in Weber County. Literally, call anyone else. Please.

This is a nice clinic with multiple doctors and we've loved most of the staff. One big problem I have is they don't answer the phone, it's always a recording. I have used the text number and don't get a response. Recently we had a sick dog and the bill was over $700. They charge a hefty office visit for each dog on top of the tests, shots or any other services even if they are all brought in together. One medication was 2 pills for over $30. To sum it up, they charge high end fees for an office that can't answer the phone so I'm looking at my options.

Doctor Catania was knowledgeable, friendly, thorough with my dog, and took time to answer all my questions. Plus they were the only clinic open on the day after Thanksgiving so I was extra appreciative of their service!
