My husband and I went out to celebrate our anniversary. He ordered Steak n Shrimp and I ordered the Sirloin Tips. He ordered his steak MW and it came rare (hot outside with cool red inside). I ordered my tips MR and they came MW. We both ordered baked potatoes. Mine was leftover from the weekend I think and was cold. I asked them to please warm it up so that my butter could at least melt. His potato was cold too but since mine came back from the kitchen still barely warm he didn't dare send his back. Our server was friendly enough but not well trained on customer service. We will try it once more to see if it gets better but if this is the norm for them then they lost our business. read more
