Staff knows the rules and can point you in the right direction in what you need for your army or future army. If they dont have it they have a nice computer ordering system there to help you get what you need. People who hang out there will direct you and are friendly as well. Instead of being the reliable priced option, this store participated by selling decks that were MSRP $72 for upwards of $110-120 and collectors packs that MSRP at $45 for nearly double. Shameful behavior, real good way to take care of your regular clientele.
