I had a problem with a new vape that just died. I brought it in to show them and ask them if it was something I did. Nicole the manager, asked a few questions, examined it and with a smile on her face offered to replace it with the same at no charge. No arguing, no worries. She even laughed at a couple of my jokes. No small feat because I'm not that funny. She and all of the employees there are always helpful and very personable. Staff is so kind and helpful. Many computers so you can really search and spend time and you don't feel like you are holding anyone up. Never felt rushed. Also spoke with the pharmacist on the phone who recommended some products for pain and explained the different strains etc. Love the point system and daily specials. And now an app to place orders! The Product selection is good and the people who work here are nice but the return policy needs to be changed. I bought a 2g disposable for over $100 and then stopped working about half way though and a few days after I bought it. I tried charging it but it just wouldn't hit. The first guy politely kinda dismissed me and told me to email this email that never answered me. I came back today and the best they could do was give me half off a new one. This violates the Consumer Rights act of 2015. Also every other place I've been to will give a full refund or exchange if you have the receipt and packaging which I did. Valley Wellness needs to make this right because I don't want to come back here now. Selling a defective product and not replacing it is just wrong. Please fix this before this affects other people to. read more

Never gave a review on just a phone call, but they were that good!! Nice and very informative.I called to ask if they had recreational sales , which they do not. They gave good directions(lost art) , but above all they let me know they are the first INDEPENDENT dispensary in the state that will be selling recreational !! Really stinks what the state has done giving big corporations the "First to market" advantage ! All these Walmart type dispensaries have a huge advantage getting customers, setting prices, controlling supply, they cut the Mom and Pop stores out of the picture. Please correct me if I'm wrong! Welcome to Ringling Brothers Clown Show. . I guess I cofused the check in person by haing a VALID, and expired Medical Card in my possession. Had to be logged in with New VALID medical card. After having to have my driver move her car. It was dark , she parked in appliance store spot . Proceeded to place order on an I pad . .I'm 69 year old android user. A kind gentleman help me. Proceed to pick up order. Info was entered wrong . To get my senoir,or military discount and tax break. I would have had to go back to check in and start all over .didn't have time . My driver had an appointment to keep. I did show VAID MEDICAL CARD at check in and at purchase point. Oh well I overpaid. This place is a real clown show. No bud tenders available .just check person and cashiers. Thank goodness there's other better run ,congenital dispensaries closer to me. read more
