    I could not reccomend LP propane. Buyer beware!…read more LP refused to honor the agreement I had with MOC propane whom LP had purchased. Upon selling my house MOC agreed to store my propane tank and the credit me for propane in the tank (800-900 gal) until we built our new house. When called MOC to request the tank and the propane we found MOC was now LP Propane. LP located my tank, but we were told they could not help us with propane - it was my problem. We contacted LP repeatedly seeking a fair way for both parties to resolve the problem of the propane credit. But with no success. I can only surmise LP thought we were crooks trying to cheat them out of propane. My wife was very disheartened on how she was treated. We have terminated our relationship with LP and now purchase from another company.

I was put on a monitor that would automatically inform Lp when my tank was at 30%. This winter, 1st time in 20yrs, my tank called for filling and WITHOUT notification I was skipped and I completely ran out of propane. They responded at 10pm when I called but got stuck just attempting to turn into my driveway. I'm 70+ and cleared the drive the next day at 6am due to being told delivery would be 1st thing. I drove out of my driveway to Lp in Blackfoot to show it was passable and returned home. Wind was blowing and the county graded the road thus depositing snow once again in front of my drive and Lp at 11am, result stuck at entryway to my drive. Coordination within this company and equipment for this environment is lacking. Once again you have people acting like their doing me a favor instead of me paying for a service. If I had been notified of a problem I would have corrected it and I would not be out of propane

The lady who is currently working at the subway counter was super friendly toward my daughter while making our sandwiches. Very professional! We where satisfied with our order. The table we sat down at still had crumbs on it for being extra slow but totally understandable. Other than that the place was well cleaned.

I was shocked the manager he's walked, and he was looking at me very bad about to punch me in my face that was crazy this flying J truckstop place is very racist. That's what I figured out. When I walked outside. I ask another driver. He told me they got very aggressive with the foreigner drivers inside the truckstop this what happened when criminal minds in power or they got access to important job using they job position to attack another innocent people for no reason this is what happened exactly. So who responsible for this absolutely flying J management and flying Jay Corbett office they need to look up the employee behavior with the drivers but they never did that. I will not forgive them what they did with me or the behavior, absolutely disgusting female, and by the way, the manager he was walking and looking at me very bad trying to attack me. I just don't understand. They said the customer always was right, but I see different here in this truckstop the criminal employee you're right and the innocent people not right that's exactly what flying J truckstop behavior today. I do not appreciate your business. You are absolutely races on discrimination people inside flying J.

    We decided to take a trip to Yellowstone from Phoenix and agreed that renting a RV would be the…read moreway to do it. I made the reservation with Bill back in September 2014 and he took a non refundable $850.00 deposit for our trip in May 2015. Bill was very personable and friendly. A week prior to the trip I called Bill and completed the rest of the paperwork and let him know when to expect us in Idaho Falls. We kept in contact during the trip up from Phoenix to Idaho Falls since he needed to be onsite when we arrived. He rents space from Budget Rentals to store his RV's and he let us park our personal vehicle on site for free! When we met Bill he was excited to see us and showed us to our rental. The rental was extremely clean inside and out. We spent approximately one hour going through the details of operating the RV and physically performing the operations so we knew exactly how everything worked. Since we had never used an RV prior, this was a great tutorial. We were having an excellent time until one evening the house battery went dead and at the same time the slide outs to the bedroom would not close in order to drive. Luckily, my parents were also in Yellowstone with a car because there was no phone service at our campground. Once I was able to contact Bill, he gave me several different directions, but nothing worked. I picked up a new house battery but it did not solve the issue of the slide outs. I spoke to the mechanics at one of the Yellowstone villages and they said they could come out and try to get the slides back in. Bill told me to do whatever it took to get back on the road and he would pay for all of the expenses. The mechanics got the slides back in and everyone was happy. Unfortunately, we missed our kayak trip due to the issues but we were able to reschedule for the next day and Bill paid for the extra night at our campground. He felt really bad regarding our experience and wanted to help. When we returned the RV, we filled it up with gas and propane, cleaned the inside, and washed the outside. I spoke to Bill and he was ready to come down and reimburse us for the battery, extra campground night, and mechanic services, but I told him we were already on our way back to Phoenix. The next day, I received an email that not only would he be crediting our credit card for the items listed in the previous paragraph, but crediting us for the extra mileage we added to the RV and "incidentals". I sincerely believe that Bill just wanted us to have a good time and did everything in his power to do so.
