A technician came out, serviced the unit, and identified the issue: a faulty blower. He provided a quote for the replacement, which I approved immediately. That's when the problems began. Ten days later, I called for an update and was told the part hadn't even been ordered. Another ten days later, I was informed the part wasn't available, but they could try retrofitting a similar one. When I asked if there were other options, they said no--so I agreed. On the scheduled day, I took time off work, only to receive a call 30 minutes after they were supposed to arrive saying they could now order the correct part directly from the manufacturer--something they had previously claimed was impossible. To proceed, I had to pay in full immediately. Fast forward three months, and I still didn't have a working fireplace. For weeks, I was repeatedly told, "It should arrive next week." Finally, after expressing my frustration, I got a call at 5:00 PM saying they had located the part, expedited shipping, and could complete the repair the next day. I took another day off work. The technician arrived--but with the wrong part. Instead of tracking down the actual component, they gave him a universal one that didn't fit. They then assured me the correct part would arrive in two days. This time, my wife took the day off work. The technician showed up an hour and a half late (after I had called and reminded them we had rearranged our schedules for this), but they finally made the repair. Other issues worth noting: I was promised a callback from a manager or owner--still waiting on that. Their phone system is a mess. Every time I was placed on hold (which was often), someone else would pick up and begin a different conversation. I would explain who I was and they would say "oh, let me put you back on park." The three coldest months of winter without my primary heat source, multiple days off work, countless phone calls, and constant misinformation (what my generation would call lies). I will never use this company again.

I had several things in my apartment that needed fixed because they were an actual hazard to me and my family and nothing was done. I started to ask for work orders so that I had them for my records and they were reluctant to give me the copies until I showed them the Idaho renters rights book. I rented from 2 different property managers until Neighborhood rentals took over. There Maintence staff is beyond a joke. It takes them 6 months to come and fix anything. Over the 4.5 years of renting from them my ceiling in the master bathroom leaked multiple times. Causing massive mold damage. My family had constant migraines and breathing issues. I told them multiple times there was mold issues and not once did they seem to care. It took me getting gruff and threatening a law suit to get my bathroom ceiling fixed. They claimed I called them multiple times to cancel there worker. I only cancelled twice due to having pneumonia. They claimed they couldn't get a contractor or electrician in because of the ceiling cable heat. They came in and clipped wires and left it exposed. It took them another 2 months to fix my dishwasher. When they finally did show up. There Maintence guy didn't have the proper parts and said it would take another 2 weeks to fix it. I have had nothing but massive issue when it came to any sort of issues being handled with the office staff. I even was almost evicted because I posted a negative review on there website on how I had been poorly treated. After speaking to the main owner Jeremy he later stated I was allowed to remain living in the building as long as I wanted. And made the office staff apologize in how poorly I had been treated. The summer of 2019 they began to add hidden fees and tried to do a rent increase on me of over a 100 bucks on a ran down rental that they never updated or maintained. I gave my 30 days notice in July after they moved in a meth addict and alcoholic into the building. While working in my garage on my harley the tenant was seen in her car doing meth and other various drugs. I notified the office staff and police and nothing was ever done. A few days later the tenant begins causing altercations with my wife and I making it a unsafe place to live. We came home several times to our apartment smelling like drugs. Not once did the office staff care to handle any issues concerning our safety. Thank god I was able to purchase a home and finally move out. Upon moving out has been a massive joke. I had the place professionally cleaned I have invoices on it as well and they tried to charge me for there cleaners. Amongst other things that had been broken since I have lived there. Also claiming it costed them over 860 To clean carpets. I posted another negative review and once again be again to get harrassing phone calls and threats from Sandy the office manager claiming I was slandering and taking away her livelihood. My strongest suggestion would be for any future clients or tenants to avoid them as a property management company. They will run your property into the ground and chase away your tenants. I'll let my posted pics serve as proof of my negative review.
