The staff are super friendly and when I called they warned me about how my walk in may not work out later in the day because of how busy it could get. I made an appointment, arrived on time and my technician was ready and waiting for me to start my service. Everyone was friendly and the technician made sure to explain about aftercare. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. And their prices definitely are awesome. Possibly the cheapest in town, or at least I haven't seen anything cheaper! It looks like they sell unlimited waxing cards for Brazilians or underarms in a three month period. Potential to save even more money!
