I was a bit worried that my dress wouldn't get altered and cleaned in time but everything came out perfectly. When I walked in, I was greeted by a really sweet woman whom I believe is the owner. I told her about my dilemma and she immediately took my measurements. She even explained why she recommended cutting the dress to a certain length to make me feel comfortable with the fit. I felt like my dress was in good hands when leaving and when I came back, the dress was ready, tailored AND cleaned. I tried the dress on in the store and the dress fit perfectly. I will definitely be making this my go-to cleaners for future dry cleaning orders. FYI: the cleaners is right across from a golf range and a part of a strip mall at 206. Can't miss it!

This was my first visit, and I went because there were coupons in a moneymailer for drycleaning. When I walked in, the woman at the desk was nice enough. I gave her my boots, and she told me it would be THREE WEEKS until I could pick them up. That's a little crazy to me that it takes 21 days to clean a pair of boots. She also said it would be $35 which I think is also crazy. At this point I mentioned the coupon in passing and she heard me but didn't comment. I said okay I'll get them in 3 weeks and I got my ticket and left. When I went to pick them up a few weeks later, I presented the coupon and she rejected it saying it was for "drycleaning CLOTHING only", which was NOT specified in the coupon. When I said this she said "I know it doesn't say that but we sent a letter out in the mail to clarify the coupon" which I know is BS because it went out to all of NW New Jersey in a coupon mailer. I was pretty mad but I paid the $35 because I had to at that point, and as I was about to leave a woman walked in with clothing. I asked her if she wanted my coupon, to which the dry cleaning woman said "It only applies to ONE article of clothing." Like are you kidding me? Absolutely ridiculous. After that I went out to my car with my boots. I began to examine the boots and while the water stain was gone, THERE WAS NOW DISCOLORING on the top of my UGGs where they wasn't before. So they got rid of one stain and added another. The water stain was pretty substantial so I am giving them an extra star for getting it removed but that is the only good thing about this transaction. I will not be going back there. DO NOT GO TO THIS DRY CLEANER.

I had to come back a second time because a man told me that the tailor was not in that day. The woman that does alternations is very sweet. She said that my dress would look better tailored on the sides as well, and I trusted her opinion. I got my dress back the day before my event. She had me try it on and added finishing touches but I was still worried that the work did not come out to be what I expected. I tried on the dress when I got home and the straps popped off, and hole appeared on the sides. I realized that she tailored the sides too tight that now the silk was no longer laying flat. I went back the next morning, the same man was working. I showed him the issues and he said that he was going to fix it himself in 10 minutes. This would be impossible because all of the stitching had to be undone, and i already knew that he did not do alternations so he would've ruined my dress further. I told him that I wanted a refund, and I did not need my dress to be fixed. He got VERY aggressive and was trying to rip the dress out of my hands. I had brought the dress in with my own personal velvet hanger that he took when I first showed him the dress. Before I left, I asked for it back because he had carried it to the back of the room. He kept yelling at me said he didn't have it, and then ending up bringing the hanger back and he THREW IT AT ME. I ended up going to their location in Parsippany where I was refunded by the woman who did work on my dress, and waited for her to take the stitching out, and fix the straps that came undone. The straps were done with different colored stitching. Needless to say, the man working there is extremely rude, unprofessional, and has 0 manners. No one had called to tell me the stains didn't come out, despite them taking my number. After I saw that the stains hadn't been removed, I brought them back and showed the person working what the issue was. They were stunned but said they would try again for no charge. I just picked them up a few minutes ago and was told the stains wouldn't come out. The employee was very apologetic, but I told him I appreciated his effort. When I got home, I checked both pairs of paints, and while the stains weren't 100% gone, they were VERY FADED to the point where they almost couldn't be seen at all. As far as I'm concerned, the stains were removed at least 96%. Their prices are great, and they really do make a solid effort to do what they can for their customers. I will definitely be back.
