Once I got it home, I realized that it had never been cleaned so I had to bring it back again to have it cleaned. When I picked it up, it had been cleaned well enough, but there were still spots that I had hoped would have been cleaned out, and I would've expected it to have looked nicer and not be as wrinkled as it was. I called and spoke with them about getting a credit for the poor service and the multiple times I had to come back and was told that no, they cleaned the comforter four times And would not give me my money back.
