But I gotta say, I normally don't come here for groceries because the prices may be decent but the produce aren't always fresh. I normally visit to buy sushi and hot foods. There's an amazing food bar that serves pretty tasty Asian dishes. I think combos cost around $8.99 and they'll stuff as many varieties into one container for you - no limit on how many dishes you choose! Bonus: At the end of the day, the leftover hot foods are packaged and after 8pm, they sell for 50% off. You can get a big heap of orange/lemon/mango chicken for just $4! Other than hot foods, I also love their bakery section. There are some delicious breads and buns to try out - I personally like the one with the sausage stuck in the middle of the bun! Individual cake slices are also available, and so are macaroons. The shelves are always stocked with amazing Asian snacks, spices and ingredients. There are plenty of Western ingredients too. Depending on the day, the line-ups to get checked out could be long. Superking is also located in Westmount Mall, so you can continue your shopping journey and pop over to visit more stores like Urban Planet or Bulk Barn once you've picked up those weekly groceries!

The manager advised that a refund or exchange was not possible because I had not contacted the store immediately after discovering the issue. I explained that I found the problem during the week and did not have time to make a special trip or call regarding a salad. While I understand the need for a return policy, I believe customers should be clearly informed that prepared food concerns must be reported immediately in order to qualify for a refund or exchange. As a regular customer, I was disappointed by both the product quality and the handling of my concern. I hope management will consider making this policy more visible so customers understand the requirements if a problem arises.

This location is close to where a lot of students live and they do have stock, but it runs out quickly from the past few times I have been there, but I can usually find what I'm looking for, plus the convenience factor of the location. The whole store has terrible cellphone reception, and I rely on my phone for my PC Plus Points app and my Flip app so I can price match, with it no reception, or very little, I can't use my phone to price match or use my PC Plus Card. This is one of the main reasons I don't prefer to come here. The prices seem to be a bit cheaper than other grocery stores in the area, and you can definitely price match items from a certain list of competitive stores they will price match from. You really have to watch the prices at the register because the lazy workers won't change the signs and do not honor what the signs say when they are past dated. I have noticed another reoccurring scam they try and pull by posting signs over top of price labels saying two for $6 so you buy one and expect it not be $5.50... but it is. Of course you can't tell because the labels are covered up and they jack the regular price up sky high! This place does price match so come prepared with your Flipp app loaded up to get the deals. Their produce is great! Way better than No Frills. I can buy with confidence that my friit/vegetables will still be okay for a few days after buying them - for that reason they get an extra STAR!!
