But I gotta say, I normally don't come here for groceries because the prices may be decent but the produce aren't always fresh. I normally visit to buy sushi and hot foods. There's an amazing food bar that serves pretty tasty Asian dishes. I think combos cost around $8.99 and they'll stuff as many varieties into one container for you - no limit on how many dishes you choose! Bonus: At the end of the day, the leftover hot foods are packaged and after 8pm, they sell for 50% off. You can get a big heap of orange/lemon/mango chicken for just $4! Other than hot foods, I also love their bakery section. There are some delicious breads and buns to try out - I personally like the one with the sausage stuck in the middle of the bun! Individual cake slices are also available, and so are macaroons. The shelves are always stocked with amazing Asian snacks, spices and ingredients. There are plenty of Western ingredients too. Depending on the day, the line-ups to get checked out could be long. Superking is also located in Westmount Mall, so you can continue your shopping journey and pop over to visit more stores like Urban Planet or Bulk Barn once you've picked up those weekly groceries!

What I loved the most was the hot food and salad bar! Tons and tons of options, all of which looked very fresh and amazing. My boyfriend got the biggest salad I've ever seen, and I purchased some items from the hot bar. You could easily get lunch here for around $7. There is a ton of room to sit and eat your food as well. The cake and salmon we purchased were very yummy and fresh. It took a bit of time waiting for someone to help us at the seafood counter but when they did, they were very very nice. The prices here varied. For almond milk, it seemed the typical price you would pay at Loblaw. For cereal, you're going to pay more. The manager advised that a refund or exchange was not possible because I had not contacted the store immediately after discovering the issue. I explained that I found the problem during the week and did not have time to make a special trip or call regarding a salad. While I understand the need for a return policy, I believe customers should be clearly informed that prepared food concerns must be reported immediately in order to qualify for a refund or exchange. As a regular customer, I was disappointed by both the product quality and the handling of my concern. I hope management will consider making this policy more visible so customers understand the requirements if a problem arises.

The technicians are very busy but they're nice and will pick up the phone even during the busiest hours. The food court is my favourite, but I think it's closed during the pandemic. If you haven't had one of their iconic $1.50 hot dogs yet, definitely give it a try. Their ice cream cones are amazing too. The parking lot is huge but always busy. Washrooms are clean. Firstly, I walk in with my service animal and I am bombarded with 3 woman about my dog, I explain that my dog is a service dog, she does not wear a vest and I do not carry my paperwork for proof of service animal. As described within the Law, workers must never ask to see proof of disability, such as mental health in our case, nor ask for proof of documentation. Furthermore, my grandmother was unable to carry her service animal, per sore shoulder, so her husband was following about 2 minutes behind. Her husband explained that the dog was a service animal and they then began to argue with him. They were extremely rude and unkind during the altercation and all he was trying to do, was get the service dog to my grandma so that her anxiety was able to stay under control. Her husband was then escorted out of the establishment and then was threatened that they would call the police. We we're very lucky that my grandma did not have an anxiety attack.
