To my surprise the closest laundrette happened to be a short walk away, it's crazy how you don't notice something until you actually need it. Anyway, I called up and was able to get my table cloths booked in for a dry clean. The whole process was really simple, walked in, told the lady behind the counter that I needed them clean and then paid. Bish, bash, bosh - job done! Price wise it was really reasonable and they will be rest to collect within 24 hours so if you are in desperate need to get something cleaned, go here!

My mum would bring my school uniforms to this place to get the trousers taken up so I looked my shiny best for the first day back. Their prices are always some of the cheapest in town and they usually get the work done in one or two days, which is just what you need. They also offer more complex alterations for dresses and full suits which do cost a little more, but are done to a very high standard.

Another useful service here is the ability to wash the underside of your car before the MOT as this will help not annoy the person who will examine your car as dust and grim wont scatter on them as they decide whether or not to fail your car, so it is money well spent!

Their prices for cleaning items aren't clearly displayed which always makes me worry that I won't have enough money for what I want done every time I go in, but luckily their prices are cheaper than most so this is rarely a problem. This is good because I can't think of another one in the area and usually you'd have to venture into town centre to get any similar service. The shoe repair section offers a while you wait service which is also very convenient.

There's always plenty of staff here ready to assist you, last week I had a discussion about whether a clothes rail constituted scrap metal. Strictly this dump ain't for commercial waste.
