Saturday Specials from 5 am to 6 pm is $1 for the first 2 hours and at other time is $1.50 for half hour with daily maximum of $9 and overnight for $5. There are couple of Auto Express Stations, I don't understand why all these people all lining up at the machine at the North side of the parking lot to pay?! Much better yet, if you pay by credit card, just swipe that when you enter or exit, isn't it convenient or not?!

There are signs at all the exits to tell you what street you're heading to though, so even if you just leave it to chance, you'll find your way home I'm sure!

And I'm so glad that I did because this lot is Close to everything, and I mean everything. Close to St Lawrence market, Across the street from Berczy park, we huffed it to Eaton Mall from here. Not terribly bad if you're trying to achieve your 10,000 steps and your hard fought six pack. If we had more time, we could have walked it to the lake shore. It was very clean and quiet on a Saturday (this appears to be a well managed office building). There's on-site, friendly Security and he's in uniform. The stairwells are well lit, clear non-cryptic/non-arcane signage. The parking spaces were spacious and get this, it was a very reasonable cost for the entire day. Was it $8 bucks Canadian, which is like $6 US? Not to sound mean but there were no terrible smells, no garbage, no one was loitering, there were no ominous, creaky noises or people lurking clandestinely in the darkness. No broken down machine. It was just very cool, the entire overall experience.

Cellphone lot has plenty of space and a great spot to park while you await that message or call from your passenger. Only reason preventing me from giving 5 stars is it would be really nice gesture to offer free Wifi in that area. That would certainly top it off.

I found this parking lot (it's more commonly known as Parkway RioCan Hall), which is connected to Scotiabank Theatre. It's right across from RendezViews. I headed down the ramp. For parking in the downtown area, the rates at this lot are reasonable. I was here on a Thursday night, which had a flat rate of $10. It's pretty good. Even the maximum day rate of $24 is decent. When I worked downtown over a decade ago, the maximum daily rate was $28. You have the option of either inserting your credit card when you enter and exit the parking lot, or taking a ticket and paying at a kiosk before you leave. I went with the former. It was straightforward. You can pay using a credit card or cash at the kiosk. This parking lot has excellent lighting. It also has clear signs, especially when you are figuring out where to park and how to exit the lot. It is also clean. The parking spots are roomy. I didn't have to deal with cars next to me dinging my car when trying to open their doors. I didn't have to fold my side mirrors in because the spots were tight. It was nice. I was at RendezViews for 1.5 hours. It was nice to walk across the street to get to my car. This parking lot has stairs and an elevator. All clean. I was happy. When I'm in this area again, I'd definitely park here. (381)

For the price and the general treatment by staff, I'd give it a 2 maybe 3 star review. Especially because I had an insane encounter with some of the staff there where they were aggressive towards me. However, spoke with their management and they were a pleasure to work with. They were very understanding and empathized while being accommodating. Steve was a professional and never attacked me. He was all about bettering his staff and company and appreciated the honest feedback that I had. In the end, Steve refunded me the parking prices and even went to the trouble of sending me a few movie vouchers which is such a kind gesture. This isn't meant to preface all of you to ask for movie tickets but just to be understanding of these businesses and the employees they have. Don't forget that the staff are people too, just like you and me!
