The first time I went there , they sold me a stolen laptop locked to a company still. Everything they sell is nasty like they took a shit and slammed the lid before letting it sit in stock for 4 months. The laptop screens were incredibly dirty and protective layer was stripped. They sell broken chromebooks from 2011 with a broken screen for 45$ and 2016 gaming laptops with a broken fan for 1200$. Price is inconsistent. Not to mention, I showed interest in 3 laptops, they were all nasty, weren't charged in , price no where to be seen and the guy wouldn't even sell to me because he lost the passwords for them. What a waste of time, got stuff on shelves you can't even buy. Slow service as well, most garbage pawnshop I been to. Everything is locked because it's stolen. They don't check anything and than believe it's your fault if something bad happens because you can't even test them beforehand. Joel the manager at value pawn sold me a ring that was fake. Even after I asked is this white gold with diamonds. He told me the ring was white gold with diamonds and when I got back home I had it tested at 2 reputable places and found out it was silver and CZ, I was visiting Florida to see friends and family I live many miles away when I let him know the ring was not was he told me it was he acted as if it was a joke, waisting ppl time and money I traveled back bc they stated they would not send me my money even if I mailed the ring back and give them a tracking number even though he gave me tht as an option, then said the manager over him said no, they then told me I had to return it in person, then when I took a flight back there to give them their ring back and get my money they acted clueless as if they had no idea what was going on I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!! And if u still decide to shop there triple check you're items!!!! Especially jewelry items!!!! something I should have done before I left but if he sold me fake jewelry knowingly he'll sell more items tht are not as described.
